* Prices are for a standard occupancy:
no 3 and no 5 for 3 people; no 4 and no 6 for 5 people.
For each additional person, a surcharge is added.
Prices: the prices are meant per day and include: Free Wifi, bedlinen, towels, water use, heating, electricity, vat, final cleaning, parking.
Prices could be change according of the size of the apartments and the number of guests.
Important: From 01/01/2014 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to 1,10€ per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.
Check in: the apartments are at your disposal from 2 pm on arrival day
Check out: the apartments have to be left within 9.30 am on departure day
All rooms are no smoking.
We ask for comprehension that we do not allow pets.
The reservation ist valid after receipt of a deposit.
The bill will be paid on the day before departure.
In case of late arrival, prior departure or cancelation, the amount of the entire stay will be charged.
In case of cancelation of reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
The reservation is binding if accompanied by a deposit, that may be done by bank transfer.
